The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my favorite moments as a nanny was when I helped an infant I cared for roll over for the first time. We had been practicing tummy time every day, singing songs, and encouraging small movements. When the baby finally rolled onto their back, the joy on their face and the excitement from the parents when I shared the milestone reminded me why I love this work so much. Being part of those first little victories and knowing I played a role in supporting their development is something I will always treasure.
