The most important part of being a nanny, from my perspective, is building a strong, trusting relationship with the kids. Creating a safe environment where they feel comfortable expressing themselves is key. I focus on being attentive to their needs and emotions while encouraging their curiosity and supporting their learning. Ultimately, it’s about being there for them and helping them grow!
