Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I started volunteering at a therapeutic riding facility working with children with disabilities when I was 14. I then interned at the same facility for 3 summers where I gained experience working with individual from as young as 4 to adults (all with a wide range of disabilities). I am 19 (almost 20) and work at the same place and have taught lessons to as many as 6 kids at once.

I have experience from volunteering, interning, and now a payed position working with children with special needs. I have worked with children with a wide range of needs. I can adapt to working with children with high needs that elope to kids with low needs. I also have had experience babysitting a young child with Down syndrome.
