The most important part about being a nanny is making sure the children feel safe, supported, and cared for. Building trust with both the children and the parents is really important to me. I think it’s also important to be patient, attentive, and present, while helping kids learn, grow, and feel confident in themselves. Creating a positive and comfortable environment where they can have fun and be themselves is something I always focus on.
