While working as a paraprofessional, I worked with many kids with widely varying special needs. Sometimes this meant working one on one, sometimes it meant looking after a small group of kids with and/or without special needs, aaand sometimes it meant taking care of the entire class/lunchroom at the once… I (and others) would say that I'm pretty good at "juggling," even when special needs are involved.
