I love doing art with children! I am an artist myself and I love to teach kids that want to learn also. I'm very big on meeting the needs of the child meaning, if they wanna play with cars or dolls, you best believe im playing with them!
The most important part about being a nanny...
Not just doing it to get paid, but actually caring for the child and the child's needs. I think its important leading by example being a nanny or a babysitter, for example if I make food, I clean up after myself, alot of young children's habits or behaviors are learned. If a child sees im cleaning up after myself, there more than likely going to pick up their toys or crayons when there done with them when encouraged.

I was once babysitting a 2 year old boy, and teaching him how to learn the alphabet, I got so into the teaching myself that I didn't notice he was already distracted playing with his toy trucks😅
