A little bit about me

Hey, My name Elizabeth LaPierre! I currently have a family I am a nanny to three days a week plus weekends when they need me. My other two days I work for two other families. I have a lot of years of experience, my mom is a nanny and has been since I was in 6th grade any chance I would get I would go with her until I was able to start working as well. It’s been at least 2 years of my working with kids. I am CPR certified and basic life support certified as well. I am 17 and I know most people will assume I am to young, I love kids and I love being a nanny, any of my references would say that I am way more mature then my age. Most people are shocked when I tell them. I have also finished high school, I got accepted into a program with Texas Tech, finished high school with them.

The most important is being and engaging with the kids. Yes every once in a while I admit I get on my phone but it’s never a long time, engaging with the kids get them to like you more and want to see you. You need a to act as another parent as well and teach them to help them grow and develop as well. Being able to understand the kids and there needs is also another one.
