My favorite moment when working with children was when I was a camp counselor at SpringHill Day Camp and worked with a child with ADHD. He often ran away, and I ran a separate group for him and a few other children while my co-leader ran a group for the rest of the children. I tailored the group in a way that would be exciting and capture his attention.
