"Elizabeth is the most reliable, dedicated, caring nanny. She is firm, but cares for the kids as if they were her own. She did not just watch the kids, she made sure they were enriched. She planned age appropriate outings, encouraged building friendships, planned projects, organized summer reading and workbooks to keep them prepared for each school year. She also planned fun activities and holiday parties. We have a pool and she was very attentive to ensuring water safety. She was with us for 13 years and we never had an issue."
