Hi, my names Elizabeth, I have 20 years experience as a private nanny/ babysitter and have great references. I’ve also worked as a preschool teacher and I’ve in daycare centers and at the YMCA, fit club and church with children. I’ve worked with kids infants to 17. More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I have worked as a preschool teacher, also have worked in daycare centers. I taught youth gymnastics in the past and I have worked in elementary school in the kindergarten class as well as in church Sunday school with kids. I have also been a private babysitter/ nanny for 20 years.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Reading, arts and crafts, board games, playing outside, going on walks/ bike rides, picnics at the park, the zoo, indoor play places, children’s museums, baking, etc!

The most important part about being a nanny...

Letting children and their parents know they are safe with me. Trust and safety is the most important thing when working with children. Treating each child like I would my own children. Loving them, teaching them, having fun with them and making memories is what I really enjoy! I whisk want them same for my children and that’s what I try to do with the kids I care for.

My experience with special needs children...

I have cared and worked with special needs children over the years both in the school setting as well as privately babysitting. I have experience with autism, ADD, speech issues with children (speech therapy) children needing OT, sensory/ texture issues, ODD, anxiety, and OCD.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I really enjoy the fact that I still keep in contact with several kids whom I nannied for in the past. Several have graduated high school, some graduated college, it amazes me how they have grown but I’m so proud of them all. Some are still in elementary school, middle and high and mig have moved away or parents got different jobs but we still keep in touch. Seeing how they have reached their goals and are doing what they love in life is so special. I love that I’m still in touch with several and can see pictures of them and talk to them. I love that we have kept in touch with each-other as I have with their parents over the years. They have matured, accomplished so much and it brings a smile on my face that I can see them becoming young adults now.
