Indoor activities would include: drawing, playing with toys, learning how to contribute to the home, hide and seek, dancing and singing.
Outdoor activities would include: running around, I do this game where the kids pick the activities and we write them down and put them in a cup and whatever activity we draw is what we play for 20 or so minutes, swimming, and walks

What matters to me is the children's safety, and making sure the house is respectfully clean and taken care of for when the parents get home.

The funniest moment is when my bosses did "dress up like a dad" for fathers day. I came to work dressed like a man, and the kids were laughing and the youngest kid was like "I know you, but I dont know you" with the funniest look on his face.
