A little bit about me

Most recently , I worked in a Functional Medicine practice in SC as an Integrative Nutritional Health Coach until relocating to GA for my husband’s career. Previously worked as an Exec Chef owning 2 restaurants and a catering company in NC. Love kids of all ages(!!) though I enjoy younger children probably the most! I enjoy housework and I truly love to cook. Understanding how difficult it is to “keep up with everything” that households need, as well as, children to be taken care of, paid attention to and played with using educational and fun, social activities… there is rarely enough time for parents to accomplish everything they need to have done and also get relaxing family time, too without having help. I would like to have an opportunity to help a working family to do these things with their children and their household needs in order for the parents to enjoy themselves and their children when they are at home.
