Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I’ve been a daycare assistant teacher (or “floater”) as i’ve floated around classrooms from infants to preschoolers- i was working there for about a year and a half when i temporarily moved out of town…but i will be returning in august sometime.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
i love playing outside during summer, maybe in the sprinkler or play pool. soaking up some sun (safely of course with plenty of shade and SPF!)
dress up, dolls, cars, fashion shows, tea parties, coloring, reading, doing easy science experiments, making slime, acting out a movie scene, blanket forts, all the fun things to do inside- i have plenty ideas especially to keep the kids away from the screens as long as possible.

My experience with special needs children...
somewhat- at the daycare there are many kids who have autism/ are in the spectrum. or having ADHD. that is as far as it goes with my experience. i usually try to keep a calm tone and redirect when listening might be hard.
