The most important part about being a nanny is working with both the family and the kiddos in order to find the most engaging, enjoyable, connection for the whole family, as well as working with the parents to learn how best to support the kiddos, no matter what stage of their life they are in!

My favorite nannying moment, was helping two littles make dinner! We were all able to work together and made a beautiful cake carefully decorated by Age 3 and Age 6! Although it was a little messy, I laughed so hard it made the clean up worth every minute!
