More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I have a strong background in childcare and have nannied for several families over the years. I spent 6 years with one family caring for four boys under 8 until they moved away, which gave me a lot of experience managing a busy household.
I’ve also worked with infants (6, 7, and 11 months old) and have cared for multiple children at once, including three kids ages 6–10. I’m comfortable with all ages and love creating a fun, structured environment.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I especially enjoy spending time outdoors, whether that’s going on walks, playing games, or exploring nature.
One of my favorite activities to do with kids is making “bug plates,” where we go outside, collect different things in nature, and create fun little nature projects. I also enjoy crafts, baking, and creating a balance between fun and structure throughout the day!

The most important part about being a nanny...
I think the most important part of being a nanny is building strong, genuine relationships with the kids and their family. When kids feel comfortable, safe, and excited to be around you, it makes everything else fall into place. Being reliable, patient, and truly present with them each day is something I really value.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite nanny moment has to be with the four boys I cared for over the years. Watching them grow up was so special, and even though I saw them regularly, every time I came over they would give me a full “tour” of the house and tell me everything that had happened since I last saw them. It was such a small thing, but it always meant a lot and showed how excited they were for me to be there

Full-Time Nanny Available in Traverse City, MI: Stacy O.
I’m an outgoing, loving and happy nanny who loves the families I have been a part of. Watching children advance and accomplish milestones always makes the teacher/coach in me very proud. I enjoy nature and hands-on experiences where kids can have fun and laugh while learning. I love cooking, and I am excited by healthy foods that fuel growth and development. I prefer keeping an organized space for playing, reading and learning. I’m very laid back, but I encourage a routine and structure while I’m working. Mostly, I love kids!

Live-In Full-Time Child Care Provider Available in Traverse City, MI: Medea M.
Hello! My name is Medea. I’m 18 years old, I was homeschooled. I’ve lived in Traverse for about a year, but am unhappy with my current job, and I am hoping to find a different source of income. Growing up I was called “Little Momma”, being the oldest out of many children; I have pretty much been a nanny my entire life. I have experience teaching, tutoring, and most importantly learning. Those close to me would most likely describe me as someone who is creative and optimistic. I hope to hear from you soon! Let’s see if we’re a good fit!
