A little bit about me

Hey! My name is Elle Belval, and I am a recent Lane Tech high school graduate! I love reading, writing, biking, and thrifting around the city! I grew up as the oldest daughter of six kids, with ages currently ranging from 7-17 years old, so I am very familiar with supervising and caring for children of all ages! Throughout high school, I participated in numerous clubs, such as the AP Physics Club and Environmental Club. I have also acted as a math/English tutor for elementary-aged kids throughout most of high school! I graduated this spring was a 4.9 GPA, and plan to attend Loyola Marymount University in the fall with an emphasis in business marketing.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Being a nanny means that you must have the ability to spread constant empathy and encouragement. I want to encourage kids that they are capable human beings that have their own special talents and skills, which ultimately make them the unique people that they all are!

My experience with special needs children...

I have a 7-year-old autistic brother who I am around on a daily basis. I know that encouragement, patience, and unconditional support are needed to care for our autistic youth, and would be happy to work with any child with special needs!

The most important part about being a nanny...

While watching my twin siblings, I always seem to find myself on our small trampoline in the backyard, where they always beg me to make them bounce in the air like superheroes. Our trampoline memories will always have a memorable place in my heart:)
