Definitely going outside. Not everyone is privileged to go out in this day and age. Nature massively impacts the mental and physical growth of children. I find the most fun when occupying them outdoors. Not only is it refreshing, it gives the child a sense of curiosity and wonder. We need more of that. Haha!

My experience with special needs children...
I grew up with two younger siblings. The youngest, has autism, ADHD, and epilepsy. The second youngest has autism and schizophrenia. While my mother was in the hospital for a year unable to care for them, I did. And while it brought plenty of challenges, I loved doing it. ❤️🩹
