A little bit about me

I am a positive, upbeat person with a love for adventure, travel, and animals. My boyfriend and I have a blue heeler named Darwin and a cat named Morley and we love to go for walks and play outside.
I have worked with children for most of my life whether it be babysitting, nannying, or teaching at VBS. Additionally, I've worked in administrative, academic, catering, and sales positions.
My favorite thing about working with children is the beautiful and sometimes funny way they see and experience the world.
I love to do creative things like painting and coloring. One of my favorite activities to do with kids is to make things like castles or cars out of cardboard boxes and paint them together. Arts and crafts are my wheelhouse. I also love to play board/card games. In college, I majored in English so I'm always down for a good book and I am a strong believer in the importance of reading to and with children.
