I have taken of my younger family members, then tried to become a teacher by working 2 daycares in Owasso becoming lead teacher of the 2-3s-year-old class within 6 months of working. I potty trained and maintained the structure and peace of a classroom of 20-plus children.
The reason I was given a promotion so early with both places is my attention and drive for detail and rules. I also bring a kind calm and nurturing attitude that can be seen and felt by everyone.

My experience with special needs children...
The first daycare I worked for my class was the potty training class regardless of there age
( I didn't agree with this method) but I had a few children in my class that were 4 and 5 and the 5 year old was special needs and was very uncomfortable with any teacher so I took the time to build a relationship and earn his trust over time. He would scream any time he would come close to the potty and after months of working with him, he got to move on to “the big kid” class.
