Being a nanny, you get to make a huge difference in kiddos lives. It is important to me to remember that kids are constantly watching your every move. They watch what you say, do and how you respond to certain situations. So, It is important to me to keep a close eye on my actions as I remember that I'm not the only one watching.

I have worked with kiddos in the special needs program at my school in high school and have worked with kids that have medical needs as well such as kids that need help monitoring their diabetes.
