Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

My relevant experience includes working at a daycare for two years while attending college. Each year I worked there, I dedicated time to taking 12-hour courses for childcare, enhancing my skills and knowledge in the field. Additionally, I am CPR & First Aid certified until March 2025. I have provided date night babysitting and occasional drop-in services. I have also been actively involved in caring for my two young nieces and my 10-year-old nephew.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love engaging children in outdoor activities when the weather is nice, such as going for walks, visiting the park, or playing sports. On rainy days, I enjoy doing crafts, playing board games, or engaging in indoor imaginative play with children.

The most important part about being a nanny is building a trusting and nurturing relationship with the children and their families. It's about creating a safe and supportive environment where children can thrive emotionally, intellectually, and socially. I have experience babysitting a boy aged 4/5 who had high-functioning autism. This experience taught me patience, empathy, and effective communication skills, enabling me to provide attentive and supportive care tailored to his needs.

Some of my favorite nanny/childcare moments is witnessing the children I care for reach significant milestones in their development. Whether it's their first steps, mastering a new skill, or expressing themselves creatively, seeing their progress and achievements fills me with joy and pride. It's incredibly rewarding to play a part in their growth journey and celebrate these milestones together.
