I just graduated from the University of Washington with my K-6 teaching certification and an endorsement in special education. Before graduating, I was a para-educator for 2 years, working with pre-k, elementary, and middle schoolers. I also have a history of babysitting and am CPR certified! Hi, I’m Madi! I’m 18 and currently work at a daycare (been there for 1 year). I absolutely love working with kids, from newborns to preteens! I enjoy discovering their unique personalities and bonding with them through play/activities! I am big on cuddles!! In addition to taking care of the child’s needs, I also clean and can prep meals. I’m certified in food safety and CPR/first aid, and also have my childcare license. I have experience caring for children with autism (from high functioning to non-verbal), anxiety, trauma, and behavioral issues such as ODD and violent tendencies. I know quite a bit of Spanish, French, and ASL!
