I'm Emily and I'm 25 years old. Currently, I’m a senior in college obtaining a bachelors degree in business at Weber State University. I love caring for children and teaching them new things! I’ve officially been a nanny for about 2 years, with many years of babysitting experience throughout my teens. I’m looking for a family that I can work with in the long term and preferably within 35 miles of Hinesville. I have my own car and a clean driving record. I prefer children ages 2+ and I am willing to care for up to 3 children.

More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I’m currently a very part-time nanny for a family here in Hinesville for one toddler during the weekends. I've held many volunteer positions throughout my teens. I volunteered at a special needs camp for children called Camp Kostopolus and I spent time caring for the children. I’ve also volunteered at the YWCA. It's a non-profit domestic violence shelter. I specifically did fun activities with the children to help them learn and inspire their creativity.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I'm not the type of nanny that stays at home with the children and puts a screen in front of them. I love planning and implementing fun activities with the kids. If the weather permits, I love doing outdoor activities.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I think caring for children’s safety and emotional wellbeing is of upmost importance while also fostering confidence, happiness, and a sense of self. I also believe it’s important to not only just be the nanny but also a role model and big sister to the kids I care for.
