I love taking part in crafts and stories with children. I have found that creating things with your hands whether it is baking, painting, experiments, or anything else, the excitement on the child’s face is amazing when they see what they have made with their own hands. I think that the most important part to being a nanny is forming a connection between you and the kids. When the kids enjoy being around you and trust you, it creates a bond that opens up opportunities for both the nanny and kid to grow.

I do not have much experience with special needs children other than watching my cousin who has mild autism. However, I am eager to learn how to best take care of your child along with their special blessings.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite moment with any of the kids that I have watched was shortly after one family lost their dad and family invited me to go to a drive in movie and I was sitting under the stars with the two oldest next to me, and the oldest girl was telling me stories of her dad. Being under the stars reminded her of him because of their faith. She believed that he was watching over her from a star in the sky.
