I like to be outside a lot such as going to the park, or even just running around in the yard. I think exercise is very important to complete everyday as it relives anxiety and just makes you feel better as a person. I like to have chill moments also such as watching movies or playing games. I enjoy going over flashcards if needed and I enjoy dancing around the house as well as music has had a huge impact on my life.
