The most important part about being a nanny...
I think the most important thing about being a nanny is making sure the kids feel safe, cared for, and happy. A nanny should be patient, responsible, and someone the kids can trust. It’s also important to communicate with the parents and make sure the children are always in a safe and positive environment.
My experience with special needs children...
I have not worked with a special needs kid although I have worked with kids who have little bits of autism and adhd but I am willing to learn!
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite nanny moment was when the little girl I was watching wanted to have a tea party with all of her stuffed animals. We made little snacks, dressed up, and pretended we were at a fancy restaurant. She was so excited and kept laughing the whole time. Seeing how happy something so simple made her was really fun, and it’s a memory I’ll always remember.
