A little bit about me

I am 21 years old, I began nannying when I was 14 during summers and switched to full time childcare for about 3 years. I am now looking to become a nanny again, as I could better use my knowledge and trainings, such as conscious discipline and CPR. I am looking to find a family that is interested in having a compassionate and well tempered nanny. I am very outgoing and can easily adapt to schedules and or help present one that may be beneficial to the child. Working in a day care has allowed me to come across and work with many different personality types that children have, as well as being able to help them express their big emotions in ways that can encourage self regulation and confidence. I am looking to create a strong relationship with the family, with agreement in the best interests of their child.
