However caring for my own children provided new experiences that I did not have with my siblings or students. The most valuable lesson I learned from all my caregiving experiences is that not every child is the same, but learning how to care and cherish them is the most rewarding feeling. Right now all of my children are grown up and in college or working their own jobs respectively.
