Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I was a nanny to a 36 month old girl with special needs and her sister who was 18 months for five months. I have also been a nanny for a family with 4 children. Two with specials needs and one with life threatening food allergies for 2 years. Both of those while is was in the Military. I’ve baby say a family of six aging newborn to 7 for two years. I’ve watched a two month old for three months. Recently watched a six month old for the months and over nights for multiple days.

I believe the most important part is the welfare of the child(ren). Making sure they are safe and happy and following rules set by authority figures.
My experience with special needs children...
I used to nanny for an 18 month old that has Down syndrome. She was the most amazing little girl. She made me laugh and just being in my arms. I loved taking care of her while her parents were in Hawaii for a month. I learned sign language so I could talk with her.
