A little bit about me

Hello! I’m 19 years old and I have cared for kids pretty much my whole life. Growing up, I would babysit my little cousins. Then when I got into high school, I volunteered after school at the Griswold Elementary School in Berlin, CT. I played with the kids, did arts and crafts, played games, etc. After my freshman year, I moved to Farmington, CT so I was not able to continue my time at Griswold. After that, i still had a lot of chances to care and have fun with kids. I have a 3 year old little brother that I care for when needed. In addition, I babysit my nephew (6 months), when needed. I started working as a short term nanny recently. When I wasn't babysitting, I worked at a retirement home for over 2 years. In that position, i honed my abilities in communication, teamwork, problem solving, while maintaining a positive attitude, providing a solid foundation for this nannying role.
I am a very patient and outgoing person. I love being apart of a child's growing as a person.
