"Hello Erica was are very first nanny and such a amazing one ! My husband and I were nervous at first since it was are first child and the first time we ever let someone watch our baby but the way Erica cared for are son we knew we made the right choice we learned so much from her being that she is a mom herself so she had alot of knowledge when it came to caring for a infant / toddler . She was such a hard worker and is a very dedicated individual and was always kind and such a giver she would go above and beyond for are son..... We are very thankful for the time we had her as are sons nanny ."

"Erica has worked and volunteered on and off for my nonprofit for over 10 years. My nonprofit works with and gives back to children of all ages including infants who live in poverty. Erica is truly one of a kind and is a very loving and dedicated person and puts a smile on all of the children's faces including mine . Not only did she work with all of the children but she helped run my baby room the baby room is for parents who are struggling and need new baby items like formula , diapers , baby clothes and the list goes on for free . I could have not asked for a better person to help with my nonprofit just the way she works with the children says a lot about her character I remember one year we ran out of Christmas gifts for the children in the neighborhood and she gave the child two of her sons toys that really speaks about her character ."

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
Hello besides my many years of experience with nannying and babysitting I also volunteered with the youth for my Nana's nonprofit that she started 25+ years ago . The nonprofit works with and gives back to children of all ages including infants and teen who come from different backgrounds and 90% of the children who attended live in poverty. I have been volunteering for my Nana's nonprofit since I was only a teen I am 33 now . My role for the nonprofit involved many things like running the infant and toddler room , running the food room for families who need food , tutoring elementary ages , summer classes for the youth , vegetable gardening for the older children, sport activities for the youth , back to school giveaways , holiday parties , reading to the younger children , music classes , art activities, teaching the youth about anti bullying , group activities and the list goes on.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
It really depends on the children's ages but a list of things I enjoy doing with the children are a ton of things like going on walks , reading and storytime even to the infants and toddlers , art activities , outdoor activities like taking the children to their neighborhood parks or pools , building forts , children museums , board games , picnic , drawing , dress up , puppetry , sensory activities , singing , baking cookies with the older children , play hide and seek , Simon says , nature walks , play in sprinklers , public library, teaching basic sign language to the toddlers , taking infants and toddlers on stroller rides around the neighborhood , educational games for the toddlers and younger children , age appropriate puzzles , creating gifts with the children for their parents and basically just doing stuff with the children and infants thats safe and that they enjoy.

The most important part about being a nanny...
I have so many amazing moments but this one may be odd but I remember a time when I was a nanny for a family for almost two years and the daughter was afraid of everyone and one time some workers came to fix something and the toddler I was a nanny for ran to me and wouldn't let go it was a favorite moment because it showed I done my job right by letting her know she can trust me and put her safety in my hands .
