A little bit about me

My name is Ericka Benbow and I am a Freshman here at one of the BEST HBCU’S in South Carolina, Morris College. May 2021, I plan to graduate with my Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice. When I am home, I help out with events at my church and I also help little kids at the elementary school with their school work. Here at Morris College, being that my major is Criminal Justice, I talk with many police officers here on campus and they give me the best advice I could ever ask for. I am also an active member in the Morris College Criminal Justice Club. Morris College is shaping me into a highly educated African American women and I am loving every bit of this process.
In conclusion, I have entered to learn and I will depart to serve. Becoming a Student leader would be very exciting for me because I love to help others and I know that transition feeling when coming to college. Living on campus has helped me be more social and open up more. Most students was scared about sleeping around a random person but, if you get to know them and open up, it’ll get better. I have grown a lot here and it would be nice if I was granted the opportunity to help the next person do the same.
