I volunteered at a daycare for about a week. I worked at a daycare called kiddie academy from ages 11 weeks-2 years old.

Play at the park, engaging with their creative minds, helping them learn in grow in all ages.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Making sure the kids know that they have me they can come to and that I will try my best to be what I need for them and if that just needing someone to listen, someone to give advice, someone to explain something to them. That is what is important.

My experience with special needs children...

I have an autistic cousin who I babysit for sometimes. My other cousin cannot walk, or talk she is about 9 years old and she has to be feed through a feeding tube and I’ve taken care of her for weekends by myself

The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite nanny moment was when I was baking Christmas cookies with the kids and the entire kitchen was a mess, the cookies looked horrible (they decorated it) but in the end we all had fun and they tasted delicious.
