The most important part of being a nanny is creating a safe, loving, and trusting environment where children feel comfortable being themselves. I believe every child deserves patience, kindness, encouragement, and someone who just genuinely cares and supports.

My experience with special needs children...

I have some experience caring for children with special needs. I've babysat my cousin who has autism and I have also cared for my 11 year old cousin, who has co.plex medical needs. She is nonverbal, nonambulatory, and is tube fed. Ive cared for both independently over weekends, following safe, routine care. Ensuring safety, comfortability, and care. These experiences have taught me patience, co compassion, adaptability, and the importance of individual care.

The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my favorite parts of caring for children is turning an ordinary day into an adventure whether that's building blanket forts, baking together, or spending time at the party making unforgettable memories! I love with they finally open up and build the trust in me. Building a bond and seeing them smile and feel comfortable is incredibly rewarding, and at the end of they day when I leave they start asking "Can you come back tomorrow?" Means everything!
