Dear Family,
My name is Erika Santilli, and I am 25 years old. I have been working with children for over 10 years, beginning at age 15 after completing a certified nanny course. Since then, caring for children has become more than a job. It's something I truly love and it's my passion.
Most recently, I worked as a Primary Teacher at Bright Horizons ESPN Kid's Center, where I gained valuable experience supporting children's growth, development, and learning while building strong relationships with families. I love helping children build confidence, learn new skills, and have fun through creative activities, outdoor play, crafts, and educational games.
