The most important part about being a nanny...
making sure the child is okay, and feels safe a and connected to you. If you do not have trust with the child or a connection, you're practically going nowhere! You need to build a relationship with the child in order for them to trust and enjoy your company! And most of all their safety! I cannot stress enough how important it is to keep your eye on and look after the children youre watching AT ALL TIMES. your phone is irrelevant at that time, the leat you could do is pay the family tour respect and watch their child instead of entertaining yourself !!
