I am a College student majoring in Anthropology and I grew up in a big family. Growing up, I always saw women in my family getting together to support each other with the children and the household chores to make sure life never felt too overwhelming. Getting to have that support meant everything to my family and I aspire to be that support for someone else. I have 4 years of experience of paid babysitting and nannying jobs and have worked at a summer camp as a counselor and will be working there again this summer as nanny! I am first aid certified, as well as CPR, and lifeguard certified.

The most important part of being a nanny is getting to be the person parents trust with their children and the parents getting to see improvement in their child. Whether that be in their creativity, their schoolwork, their confidence, parents getting to know their child is in good hands is so important.

I have worked with children with autism and anxiety disorders and have volunteered in special needs classrooms!

The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite part about being a nanny is getting to see the kids get comfortable with you and form a real bond. They start acting more silly and sometimes they even start to roast me lol! It’s definitely a beautiful thing getting to see a child open up and be unapologetically themselves and getting be there for the fun times and the hard times.
