Hi there! My name is Essence. I attend North Carolina A&T University where I am studying Nursing in order to become a traveling nurse! I have worked with children during Children's Church, while volunteering at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, and while working at my institution's daycare. I love reading, dancing, singing, and learning with children! They are able to teach adults just as much as we are able to teach them.

My experience with special needs children...

My last babysitting job was with a sweet 2-year old. She was not able to use her legs, and had a hearing disability which delayed her speech. My main responsibilities were to feed and change her, play with her, and make her that she completed at least one hour of her therapy a day!
