I'm a tall 45 goofy woman. Lots of children experience. I have 3 of my own teens. One just graduated from Highschool in may. My children are self sufficient so I have time to share myself with others now.

I love working with special needs people as well I’m trying to learn sign language.

I'm fun love to laugh, love to teach, and help learn. I’m very musical so I would even add giving your child voice or piano lessons.
I've had many babysitter jobs plus raising my own for the last 20 years.
I Do Crafts, see or knit if you want to learn, work puzzles, cook meals, lite cleaning, and anything else you want and ask to be done.

I’ve raised my own 3 children plus had many babysitting jobs over my 45 years of life.
I’m CPR First Aide safety and STNA Certified

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Reading, coloring, crafts, going on walks, going to the Columbus zoo.
Pretty much anything. 😂

The most important part about being a nanny...

Helping out wherever I’m needed. Getting a routine set up always helps too. having a plan and sticking to it.

Teaching the children things like makeup you bed, get dressed, and other simple things depending on age of course.

My experience with special needs children...

I know a few simple signs, I grew up around special needs families in my church.
I was borderline dislesixc and ADHD when you were just considered lazy. I have overcome my symptoms but the wounds and things people said and felt have made me want to help special needs families.
I have a best friend who has a down syndrome daughter, I have know them for close to 20 years. I helped her out a lot with her daughter.
I also was assistant teacher to the special needs classes in my kids school.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Never leave a child in attended for long right. I realized 1 evening at my moms house my 2 yr old(now 14 on Monday) 😭😭they grow up too fast. Well we realized she was quiet and went to check on her she had opened the dishwasher and was asleep on the door.🤗🤗🤗😂😂😂

We went for and outing one day and my son was super tired so took him to bed. A few minutes later I went to bed and found him fast asleep at the top of the stair’s 😭😭 they grow up way to fast.

I have learned from experience never stop listening to your children. When they grow up they may even teach you a few things. It’s amazing how that works.
My children are all teenagers one will start college this fall.
