Having a genuine connection with the children I take care of. In my last experience, my little girl performed an important role in my wedding day; she was one of the flower girls. We have a real connection and her family and I became friends.

It was an interesting experience working with a little boy who had special needs. I realized that the best thing for him was communicating everything with details, anticipating activities that were about to happen, giving him time to understand and being very patient, lovely and comprehensive.
