I think the most important part about being a nanny is keeping the kids safe, but also having fun with the kids I work with, as well as being there for the parents who rely on me to be there when they need me.

As a registered behavior tech, I have loved seeing the kids that I have worked with grow and develop life skills that they didn't have before. It has been super rewarding to see them be able to learn how to express themselves and learn new communication strategies and social skills as well!
