A little bit about me

Hello my name is Evangelina but I like to go by Lina I’m 25 years old & I’ve cared for children since 15. I just got a job at a in-home Montessori daycare in August of 2024, I help tend to children from 5 mths - school aged (up to 13YO). I am very experienced with newborns as well. Im willing to do house chores (cleaning) and cooking (food prep). I work mon through fri from 7AM-3:30PM but more than willing to do hours after that I’m open to being an occasional babysitter or long term as long as it works around my job schedule and I’m open to weekend babysitting as well just need to know in advance. I do have a license and a car, im CPR & FIRST AID CERTIFIED. I’m great with children, have tons of patience and more than willing to be there to help when you need it whether it’s occasionally for dates or long term ! I’m a Non smoker or drinker. My start Rate is negotiable 😁

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

A little experience
I’ve cared for a 1 year old boy from my daycare while parents went to a going away party for a few hours. Fed and followed night time routine, put baby to sleep by bed time
I cared for 3 pre teen boys for a neighbor for a few hours got them to do their homework and night routine on time.
I’ve cared for my nieces and nephews very often as an adult as well, while parents worked or when they went to have their newborn for days/weeks at a time

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I enjoy story reading, singing Montessori songs like alphabet etc. I enjoy engaging with children during playtime as if their my “own” child.
I enjoy going for walks/stroller walks outdoors.. playground time, I try my best with sports, I engage in most activities that children like to do or ask to do. I ALWAYS enforce appropriate behavior, hands and feet to self, personal space, nice language etc!
