More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I have over three years of experience working in a nursery, where I developed strong skills in caring for and educating young children. Additionally, I served as a camp counselor for children aged 5 to 12 and have worked as a live-in nanny, providing hands-on, personalized care. I am currently pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Education, which deepens my understanding of child development and effective teaching methods. I am certified in CPR and First Aid, ensuring I can prioritize safety in any situation. Furthermore, I have undergone fingerprinting and background checks to ensure the highest safety standards for families. My responsibilities have included creating engaging games and craft activities, managing household tasks, and providing interpersonal care for toddlers, including potty training and meal preparation. I am dedicated to fostering a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for children to grow and thrive.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love engaging children in a wide variety of activities that foster creativity, critical thinking, and learning in fun, hands-on ways. I enjoy taking walks and exploring nature, which provides a great opportunity to talk about the world around us and spark curiosity. Visits to museums are also a favorite, as they allow children to experience history, art, and culture firsthand in an interactive environment.
In addition to outdoor activities, I’m passionate about arts and crafts, where children can express their creativity while developing fine motor skills. I also enjoy planning educational activities that teach children new things, such as language, history, the arts, or even safe cooking.

The most important part about being a nanny...
In my opinion, the most important part of being a nanny is the bond you build with the child, the positive impact you have on their life, and the safety you provide. As a nanny, you become an integral part of the child's support network, and it’s essential to approach the role with openness, warmth, and responsibility.
By being friendly, inviting, and dependable, you create an environment where the child feels safe and valued, which is crucial for their emotional and social development. Your influence helps them grow into empathetic, confident, and thoughtful individuals. Being part of that journey—knowing that you’re making a lasting difference in a child’s life—is what makes the role so meaningful and rewarding.

The most important part about being a nanny...
The sweetest moments I’ve had with children are when I feel that genuine bond form, and I become a trusted, safe place for them. It’s incredibly rewarding when children feel comfortable enough to approach me with a hug, or to ask for something they need without hesitation. These moments of connection remind me how important it is to create a space where they feel secure and supported.
The most fulfilling part of this job is watching a child blossom and discover their own unique personality. Being a part of their growth and development, and seeing them gain confidence as they learn and explore, is truly special. To me, these moments are what make being a caregiver so meaningful.
