The most important part about being a nanny...

To me the most important part of being a nanny is building a “forever-connection”. The children will eventually grow up and not need nannying their whole life. So to me, building that lasting connection is so important and truly helps the kids see me as more than just a babysitter, more like a family member or someone they can look up to for a lifetime.

The most important part about being a nanny...

The sweetest moment I had while nannying was a few years back, I had been watching 2 girls that were sisters for almost a year. We had just finished playing at the park and getting icecream, on our way back to drop them off they both expressed that “I was like a big sister to them” and “the best babysitter ever”. This made my eyes tear up, and made all the exhausting days worth it!
