The most important part about being a nanny...
making sure the kids are happy. They are scared and sad sometimes when the parents leave and I just want to make sure that they have the most fun while also making sure the parents requests stay in tact.

My youngest brother has autism it is very minor but had to take a lot of work to learn how to manage, I also nannied a 13 year old boy who has autism as well as babysat for a 7 year old kid with autism.
The most important part about being a nanny...
was with a kid named Liam, he was 13 and had autism but he had a very hard time getting close with people but one day I came to nanny and he was so excited to see me he ran and hugged me and after his mother told me that he had never done that before. Just knowing that I could finally become close with him and get to know him more was the best feeling cause he was such a cool kid.
