My aproach is Care first. I love children and bring a lot of love to the job, while also helping parents bring up a well adjusted child.

If you are near homewood park between Silver Spring and Kensington, I also bring with me a network of other nannies to set up play dates and activities for the children therfore allowing them to develop social skills while receiving one-on-one care.
