Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Regardless of the activity it's more of the child or children that I enjoy and how we get to spend that together.
However, I strongly like taking to children on multiple, regular exploration outings to enjoy as many adventures as possible to aid in their development, growth and overall well-being.
I enjoy seeing the little sprouting"s grow into the enrichment and amazement as well as the wonder that the world has to offer.
I thoroughly enjoy learning and relearning life through the fascination of their world.
However, I strongly like taking to children on multiple, regular exploration outings to enjoy as many adventures as possible to aid in their development, growth and overall well-being.

One but not all of the most important things about being a Top notch, highly experienced carreer Nanny is to be present. Give the gift of presence (and give presents too.)
Be present...
Physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Be present in the moment.
Having a good scholastic IQ is important. However, I feel having a good emotional IQ and social IQ sometimes can be more crucial than anything you could learn scholastically. IE; Such as empathy and sympathy.or what is really happening in that precise moment. Ie; poor behavior usually equals unmet needs, etc ..
Just TUNE IN. Be cognizant. BE PRESENT 🎁

My experience with special needs children...
I have taken some courses in careing for special needs such as RBT, Autism awareness Elder care,, CNA, MED TECH, self-taught and more than anything hands-on experience.
Which personally I think "all hands on deck" (so to speak) experience is the best type or scholastically as science and times constantly evolve and scenarios with each individual is specialized and different.
As it should be. You inform me on what is YOUR NECESSARY and I apply it.
