Autistic program with the Benjamin school:
-I would take them out to the mall, or certain events in the area with a couple other people to supervise a large group. Basically just teaching them how to interact in public and how to hang out with people. I formed a strong connection with some of them once they felt comfortable enough to open up… a couple of the kids even still text me to this day:)
