A little bit about me

I was raised in Florida, born in New Jersey, with a very strong Peruvian heritage and the core family values that come along with it. I have been working with children since 2010. Houston has become my new home. I am an animal lover and love outdoor recreational activities. I have two lab mix puppies, which I adore. I also have a culinary degree and love to cook, but after a few years in the industry, I decided to go back to further my education. The changes in my life, to pursue my new adventure, brought me to a new job which exposed my world to elementary education. I realized then my passion was educating children, and working with them. I was working on my BA in elementary education, and have extensive coursework/field hours. I am CPR/First aid certified, and currently work at a childcare center with infants-school age.
