I am patient, respectful, and responsible. I don’t believe in punishment, I believe in redirecting behaviors or taking a break which means removing from situations and re-evaluate the cause of issues I use this more for older kids rather then younger ones. I always try and talk kids through their feelings, but sometimes they choose to wait and when they are ready to talk I am there to talk.
