Hi my name is Gabi!
I am currently attending college and am working at Nordstrom Valley Fair as a jewelry specialist. I am looking to becoming a nanny again! I have 6 years of experience with ages between 2months to 11 years old. I was in a teaching academy all four years of highgschool which taught me how to make certain lesson plans and adjust to special learning habits. I also have taught lessons to small groups consisting of 5 students to a whole class consisting of 35 students. More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I was a student teacher at Noble Elementary school and also at Orchard Elementary School. I worked with small groups who struggled when working in a class environment and needed one on one attention. I also taught in a couple of third grade classes where I would often teach the whole class a lesson plan that I created. Lastly, I have volunteered at my church ever since the age of 10 and watched over the day care they had on the church campus. Currently I am working a Everbrook Academy as an Early Preschool Teacher. I enjoy creating lesson plans that enhance my students' learning on a daily basis!

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I am open to any activities especially outside activities where children can be active, but also finding inside activities such as coloring or learning how to build their knowledge with fun learning games.

The most important part about being a nanny...

What matters the most to me about being a nanny is knowing how to adjust and adapt towards then kids' schedule. Knowing what is good for them even though they might not care for it and continuing to teach them healthy and smart choices as they grow up. Something that I feel I have learned that is also really important is growing a relationship with the children.

My experience with special needs children...

I have worked in one special needs classroom in which they all had different learning blocks that they needed assistance with every couple hours a day.

The most important part about being a nanny...

It's hard to pin point just one, but my favorite moments are when I first get there and they become really excited and comfortable around me to have me there. Also, getting to experience different activities with them!
